purpose of United Methodist Women has always been to
fulfill the mission of Christ and His Church. We invite

UMW Rummage wrap up
This is not your ordinary
rummage sale. Filled with bargains and finds - our Amazing All
Church Rummage Sale once again exceeded expectations. Our gross
total income was $13,450 - of which 10% goes to the church operating
budget and the remainder of the profit will go to help missions and
ministries here and abroad.

Whether you missed this
year's sale or are looking forward to next year's - mark your
calendars for another spectacular sale - March 30 & 31, 2012.

UMW Luncheon
September 13, 2011 - Noon
Ladies - let's lunch! Tuesday, September 13th at Noon. United
Methodist Women invite you to slip on your favorite Goodwill fashion
find and join us for $6 salad luncheon! Hosted by Claudia Circle -
this fall lunch is a treat. Add to it fabulous fashion show by
Goodwill Industries and lots of sparkly bling on the tables - this
will be THE girlfriend event this fall! Sign up in the main office
(964-2424) no later than Sunday, September 11th. Your personal
Goodwill fashion find is optional but adds to the fun!
Holiday Bazaar November 12, 2011 - 9:30am -
2:00pm
Our annual holiday bazaar is chocked full of
fabulous hand-crafted items, homemade jams & jellies bursting with
this summer's fruit, decadent cookies on the cookie walk where
you choose the assortment, a silent auction, delightful
lunch and live music to fill the background! Invite a
girlfriend or two to join you to shop and lunch!
Wide Mouth & Jelly jars & lids
needed! New or used. Consider donating - just drop off
in the office. |

UMW Circles |
Circles are small groups with a variety of
interests that meet monthly at various times. Meetings include
prayer, devotions, fellowship and opportunities to grow in faith.
Circles meet either daytime or evenings, September through May, and
contribute to missions through their support of various service
projects; including the Fall Holiday Bazaar and Spring Rummage Sale.

2011 Focus Mission is Family House, an inner city ministry to the
homeless elderly strives to reshape and rebuild the neighborhood and
the lives of those who live and work there. The items listed may
change as different needs arise, and any items are welcome anytime.
